In order to confirm the booking, participants credit card will be charged with the amount of 01 night (according to the room type booked). The rest of the payment will take place on your check-in.

• Cancellations prior to 8 days before arrival are free of charge.
• For cancellations 7 days , or less, before arrival amount equal to the cost of 1 day(s) is required.
• For cancellations at the day of check-in (no-shows) amount equal to 50% of the total reservation cost is required.

Room rates, prices, availability:

• Single room 145.00€ / Double room: 165.00€ (taxes and service are included).
• American Buffet Breakfast and Lunch Buffet are included in the rates.
• The reservation cut-off date is May 17th, 2013. After this date, reservations may be taken if space is available.
• The discount rate will be also available 5 days before and after IOLTS.
