The hotel Cap Roig requires that all reservations be guaranteed by a valid credit card number and expiry date at the time of booking. Credit card numbers will not be charged prior to arrival; they will only be used to secure the reservation.

• Cancellations 15 days or more before arrival are free of charge.
• Cancellations 14 days to 1 day before arrival will be charged an amount equal to the cost of 1 day(s).
• Cancellations at the day of the arrival and no-shows will be charged an amount equal to the cost of 2 day(s).

Room rates, prices, availability:

• Double room single occupation: 73.25€ / Double room double occupation: 106.50€ (taxes and service are included).
• Buffet Breakfast and Lunch Buffet are included in the rates.
• The reservation cut-off date is June 15th, 2014. After this date, reservations may be taken if space is available.
• The conference rate will be also available 5 days before and 5 days after IOLTS.
