Submissions:
The IOLTS Committee invites authors to submit papers in the technical areas described in the Call for Papers. Accepted papers and posters will be included in formal Proceedings to be published by the IEEE. Papers must be submitted electronically following this link and using the standard IEEE conferences two-column format (which can be found here). Submitted papers must be no longer than six pages. If accepted, regular papers will be allowed six pages in the IEEE proceedings of IOLTS and posters will be allowed two pages.
