The hotel Cap Roig requires that all reservations be guaranteed by a valid credit card number and expiry date at the time of booking. Credit card numbers will not be charged prior to arrival; they will only be used to secure the reservation.

• Cancellations 15 days or more before arrival are free of charge.
• Cancellations 14 days to 1 day before arrival will be charged an amount equal to the cost of 1 day(s).
• Cancellations at the day of the arrival and no-shows will be charged an amount equal to the cost of 2 day(s).

Room rates and Availability (room rates are offered with significant reduction for IOLTS participants and their accompanying persons):

• Double room single occupation: 85€ / Double room double occupation: 130€ (taxes and service are included).
• Buffet Breakfast and Lunch Buffet are included in the rates.
• KIDS: Further reduction with respect to the price for adults is offered for kids accompanying their parents: 50%reduction for kid up to 5 years old, 25% reduction for kid from 5 to 10 years; 15% reduction for kids of 11 years or more.

• The Reservation Cut-Off date is June 18th, 2018. After this date, reservations may be taken if space is available.
• The conference rate will be also available 5 days before and 5 days after IOLTS.
