You can find the templates provided by <strong>IEEE <\/strong>by following this<strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences_events\/conferences\/publishing\/templates.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">link<\/a><\/strong>.&nbsp;<em>Do NOT include page numbers.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regular Papers Length: up to 6 pages (the references do not count towards the page limit).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poster Papers Length: up to 2 pages (the references do not count towards the page limit).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The deadline for camera-ready upload is June 7, 2023<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><i class=\"fas fa-copyright\"><\/i> Copyright note<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The appropriate copyright clearance code notice is to appear at the bottom of the first page of each paper according to the guidelines set forth in the Cataloging\/Copyright Instructions for an IEEE Conference Proceeding. The copyright notice should appear about 1 cm below the left column, and should be aligned to the left with the same left margin as the column. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The copyright notice to be added depends on the circumstances as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: <strong>U.S. Government work not<\/strong> <strong>protected by U.S. copyright<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: <strong>979-8-3503-4135-5\/23\/$31.00 \u00a92023 Crown<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: <strong>979-8-3503-4135-5\/23\/$31.00 \u00a92023 European Union<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For all other papers the copyright notice is: <strong>979-8-3503-4135-5\/23\/$31.00 \u00a92023 IEEE<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For authors using Microsoft Word, the correct position of the copyright note is already available in the IEEE template. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are preparing your paper in LaTeX and you are using the <strong>IEEEtran<\/strong> document class: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>add the following code before the \\maketitle command: <strong>\\IEEEoverridecommandlockouts \\IEEEpubid{\\makebox[\\columnwidth]{XXX-X-XXXX-XXXX-X\/XX\/\\$XX.XX~\\copyright20XX IEEE \\hfill} \\hspace{\\columnsep}\\makebox[\\columnwidth]{ }} <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the following code after the \\maketitle command: <strong>\\IEEEpubidadjcol <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make sure you use the appropriate IEEE copyright notice string, as explained above.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><i class=\"fas fa-file-pdf\"><\/i> PDF Check and Upload<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Papers must be both checked for pdf compatibility and uploaded via the new IEEE PDF eXpress tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The PDF eXpress site can be accessed <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ieee-pdf-express.org\/account\/login\">here<\/a><\/strong>, by using&nbsp;<strong><strong>59296X<\/strong><\/strong> as conference id.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the paper has been checked (you will be notified by an email), please access again the PDF eXpress and click on the &#8220;Approve&#8221; link.\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Be careful: without clicking the &#8220;Approve&#8221; link, the Publication Chair will not receive your PDF file.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are having problems using PDF eXpress, please contact the General Co-Chair<br><strong>Stefano Di Carlo (<a href=\"mailto:stefano.dicarlo@polito.it\">stefano.dicarlo@polito.it<\/a>)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><i class=\"fab fa-wpforms\"><\/i> Copyright Form<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Each author will receive an email with a link to the online Copyright Form wizard, as well as a unique login name and password to access their own copyright forms<\/strong>.
