You can find the templates provided by <strong>IEEE <\/strong>by following this <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences_events\/conferences\/publishing\/templates.html\"><strong>link<\/strong><\/a>. <em>Do NOT include page numbers.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Paper Length:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>SCIENTIFIC PAPERS: up to 6 pages (<strong>the references do not count towards the page limit<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>POSTER PAPERS: up to 2 pages (<strong>the references do not count towards the page limit<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The deadline for camera-ready upload is <strong><s>May 20th<\/s> May 25th, 2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><i class=\"fas fa-copyright\"><\/i> <strong>Copyright clearance<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The appropriate copyright clearance code notice has to appear at the bottom of the first page of each paper according to the guidelines set forth in the Cataloging\/Copyright Instructions for an IEEE Conference Proceeding. The copyright notice should appear about 1 cm below the left column, and should be aligned to the left with the same left margin as the column.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The correct notice to use depends on the country of residence of the authors and is as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: <strong>U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is:<strong> 979-8-3503-7055-3\/24\/$31.00 \u00a92024 Crown<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: <strong>979-8-3503-7055-3\/24\/$31.00 \u00a92024 European Union<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For all other papers the copyright notice is: <strong>979-8-3503-7055-3\/24\/$31.00 \u00a92024 IEEE<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For authors using Microsoft Word, the correct position of the copyright note is already available in the IEEE template.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are preparing your paper in LaTeX and you are using the <strong>IEEEtran<\/strong> document class:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>add the following code before the <strong>\\maketitle<\/strong> command:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>\\IEEEoverridecommandlockouts\n\\IEEEpubid{\\makebox&#091;\\columnwidth]{ 979-8-3503-7055-3\/24\/$31.00 \\copyright2024 IEEE \\hfill} \\hspace{\\columnsep}\\makebox&#091;\\columnwidth]{ }}<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Add the following code after the <strong>\\maketitle<\/strong> command: <strong>\\IEEEpubidadjcol<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The example above is for the fourth category of papers above, i.e. all other papers, which applies to most authors. Make sure you use the appropriate IEEE copyright notice string, as explained above.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you experience problems with the above LaTex instructions when using bibtex, and if you are using<strong> \\usepackage{fixltx2e}<\/strong>, then please remove the <strong>\\usepackage{fixltx2e}<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><i class=\"fas fa-file-pdf\"><\/i> <strong>PDF Check and Upload<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Papers must be both checked for pdf compatibility and uploaded via the new IEEE PDF eXpress tools accessible here (https:\/\/ieee-pdf-express.org). The PDF eXpress site can be accessed through the following link <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ieee-pdf-express.org\">Go to IEEE PDF eXpress<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>and use <strong>60994X<\/strong> as conference ID. You may need to create a new account to successfully log in.
