All papers must be in the IEEE proceedings two-column format for A4 size. You can find the templates provided by IEEE <\/strong>by following this link<\/a><\/strong>. Do NOT include page numbers.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regular and Poster Paper length:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regular Papers Length: up to 6 pages (the references do not count towards the page limit).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Poster Papers Length: up to 4 pages (the references do not count towards the page limit).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Special Session paper length:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

One paper per session: up to 6 pages, including references<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

One paper per speech: up to 4 pages, including references<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The deadline for camera-ready upload is May 31, 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/i> Copyright note<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The appropriate copyright clearance code notice must<\/strong> appear at the bottom of the first page of each paper according to the guidelines set forth in the Cataloging\/Copyright Instructions for an IEEE Conference Proceeding. The copyright notice should appear about 1 cm below the left column and should be aligned to the left with the same left margin as the column.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
