You can find the templates provided by <strong>IEEE <\/strong>by following this<strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences_events\/conferences\/publishing\/templates.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">link<\/a><\/strong>.&nbsp;<em>Do NOT include page numbers.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Regular and Poster Paper length:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regular Papers Length: up to 6 pages (the references do not count towards the page limit).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poster Papers Length: up to 4 pages (the references do not count towards the page limit).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Special Session paper length:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One paper per session: up to 6 pages, <strong>including references<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One paper per speech: up to 4 pages, <strong>including references<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The deadline for camera-ready upload is May 31, 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><i class=\"fas fa-copyright\"><\/i> Copyright note<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The appropriate copyright clearance code notice <strong>must<\/strong> appear at the bottom of the first page of each paper according to the guidelines set forth in the Cataloging\/Copyright Instructions for an IEEE Conference Proceeding. The copyright notice should appear about 1 cm below the left column and should be aligned to the left with the same left margin as the column.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The correct notice to use depends on the country of residence of the authors and is as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: <strong>U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: <strong>979-8-3315-3334-2\/25\/$31.00 \u00a92025 Crown<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: <strong>979-8-3315-3334-2\/25\/$31.00 \u00a92025 European Union<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For all other papers the copyright notice is: <strong>979-8-3315-3334-2\/25\/$31.00 \u00a92025 IEEE<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For authors using Microsoft Word, the correct position of the copyright note is already available in the IEEE template.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are preparing your paper in LaTeX and you are using the <strong>IEEEtran<\/strong> document class: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>add the following code before the \\maketitle command: <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code><strong>\\IEEEoverridecommandlockouts <\/strong>\n<strong>\\IEEEpubid{<\/strong>\n<strong>\\makebox&#091;\\columnwidth]{979-8-3315-3334-2\/25\/\\$31.00~\\copyright2025 IEEE \\hfill} \\hspace{\\columnsep}\\makebox&#091;\\columnwidth]{ }<\/strong>\n<strong>} <\/strong><\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Add the following code after the <strong>\\maketitle <\/strong>command: <strong>\\IEEEpubidadjcol <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The example above is for the fourth category of papers, i.e., all other papers, which applies to most authors. Make sure you use the appropriate IEEE copyright notice string, as explained.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you experience problems with the above LaTex instructions when using bibtex, and if you are using<strong> \\usepackage{fixltx2e}<\/strong>, then please remove the <strong>\\usepackage{fixltx2e}<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><i class=\"fas fa-file-pdf\"><\/i> PDF Check and Upload<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Papers <strong>must<\/strong> be both checked for pdf compatibility and uploaded via the new IEEE PDF eXpress tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ieee-pdf-express.org\">Go to IEEE PDF eXpress<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>and use <strong>65288X<\/strong> as conference ID. You may need to create a new account to successfully log in. Once the paper has been checked\/converted (you will be notified by email), please click on the \u201cApprove\u201d link.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Be careful: without clicking the \u201cApprove\u201d link, the Publication Chair will not receive your PDF file.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are having problems using PDF Express, please contact the Publication Chair: <strong>Fernando Fernandes dos Santos (<a href=\"mailto:fernando.fernandes-dos-santos@inria.fr\">fernando.fernandes-dos-santos@inria.fr<\/a>)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><i class=\"fab fa-wpforms\"><\/i> Copyright Form<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Each author will receive an email with a link to the online Copyright Form wizard, as well as a unique login name and password to access their own copyright forms<\/strong>. <strong>This email can take up to a week to be sent.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When an author completes the online copyright transfer process and submits the form, he\/she will receive an automated confirmation email letting him\/her know that the transfer has been completed successfully.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Paper Formatting All papers must be in the IEEE proceedings two-column format for A4 size.
