You can find the templates provided by <strong>IEEE <\/strong>by following this <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences_events\/conferences\/publishing\/templates.html\"><strong>link<\/strong><\/a>. <em>Do NOT include page numbers.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Paper Length:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>SCIENTIFIC PAPERS: up to 6 pages (<strong>the references do not count towards the page limit<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>POSTER PAPERS: up to 4 pages (<strong>the references do not count towards the page limit<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The deadline for camera-ready upload is<strong> May 24th, 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><i class=\"fas fa-file-pdf\"><\/i> <strong>PDF Check and Upload<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Papers must be both checked for pdf compatibility and uploaded via the IEEE PDF eXpress tools accessible here (<a href=\"https:\/\/ieee-pdf-express.org\">https:\/\/ieee-pdf-express.org<\/a>). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to IEEE PDF eXpress site: <a href=\"https:\/\/ieee-pdf-express.org\">IEEE PDF eXpress<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use <strong>69666X<\/strong> as conference ID. You may need to create a new account to successfully log in if you don&#8217;t have already one. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the paper has been checked and converted (you will be notified by email), please click on the \u201c<strong>Approve<\/strong>\u201d icon on the right side in the &#8220;Action&#8221;
