Paper Formatting
All papers must be in the IEEE proceedings two-column format for A4 size (21cm x 29,7cm). You can find the templates provided by IEEE by following this link. Do NOT include page numbers.
Paper Length:
- SCIENTIFIC PAPERS: up to 6 pages (the references do not count towards the page limit).
- POSTER PAPERS: up to 4 pages (the references do not count towards the page limit).
The deadline for camera-ready upload is May 24th, 2026.
PDF Check and Upload
Papers must be both checked for pdf compatibility and uploaded via the IEEE PDF eXpress tools accessible here (https://ieee-pdf-express.org).
Follow these steps:
- Go to IEEE PDF eXpress site: IEEE PDF eXpress
- Use 69666X as conference ID. You may need to create a new account to successfully log in if you don’t have already one.
- Once the paper has been checked and converted (you will be notified by email), please click on the “Approve” icon on the right side in the “Action” column.
Be careful: without clicking the “Approve” button, the Publication Chair will not receive your PDF file.

Copyright Form
Please fill the following fields for the IEEE eCopyright form and follow the instructions given in the next pages, once you have been redirected to the IEEE eCopyright website.
When an author completes the online copyright transfer process and submits the form, he/she will receive an automated confirmation email letting him/her know that the transfer has been completed successfully.
