The following list provides information regarding the negotiated prices for IOLTS participants. You can contact the hotel (email, telephone) indicating that you are a participant in IEEE IOLTS. Note that, in addition to the listed prices, there is a tourist tax of €1.32/person/day.
- Single occupancy: €110.00 room and breakfast
- Double occupancy: €120.00 room and breakfast
Free cancellation until 7 days before check-in. Beyond that, the cancellation fees are 100%.

- Double occupancy: €125.00 room and breakfast

Make a reservation on the website and get a 10% discount on the daily rate and the rate with breakfast with the code IEEEIOLTS for all reservations between July 1 and 5, 2024. The reservation code is valid until 31 May 2024. Free cancellation until 1 day before check-in and before noon.

In case of full cancellation, any deposit paid will be retained. In case of partial cancellation, 50% will be charged until one month before, 80% will be charged until 15 days before, and the whole amount will be charged 2 weeks before.
